Terms and Conditions for Immigration and Visitor Visa Services Right Move International

Thank you for choosing Right Move International for your immigration and visa services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of our services to you. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Right Move International provides professional services to assist individuals in obtaining immigration and visitor visas. We offer advice, document preparation, application submission assistance, and other related services, subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

• Consultation on immigration and visitor visa options
• Assistance with completing visa applications.
• Document review only
• Submitting visa applications to relevant authorities on behalf of the client (if applicable).
• Follow-up on the status of the application
• Guidance on compliance with immigration rules and regulations.

Please note that Right Move International does not guarantee visa approval, as all decisions regarding the issuance of visas are made solely by the relevant government authority (e.g., consulates, immigration offices).

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested by Right Move International.
• Ensure all documents submitted to us are authentic and complete
• Follow the guidance provided and promptly respond to requests for additional information
• Understand that Right Move International's role is to assist in the application process; however, the final decision rests with the relevant government authorities.

4. Fees and Payment

• Service Fees: Clients agree to pay the fees outlined in the agreement at the time of engagement. Fees are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 7 below.
• Visa Processing Fees: In addition to our service fees, you are responsible for paying any government-imposed visa application fees, including but not limited to consular fees, biometric fees, and any other applicable charges.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed upon in writing. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made in full.

5. Visa Application Process

• Consultation: Initial consultations will help determine the best immigration or visitor visa options for your situation. This service may or may not be chargeable depending on the agreement.
• Visa Application Assistance: We will assist you in completing the visa application form(s) and preparing the necessary documentation. We will provide guidance and advice on what supporting documents are needed.
• Application Submission: Depending on the type of visa, Right Move International may submit the application on your behalf or provide instructions for you to submit it directly.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

Right Move International makes no guarantees regarding the approval of your visa application. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authority. We provide services to optimize your chances of success, but cannot influence the outcome of the decision.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Service Fees: Service fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of Right Move International.
• Visa Denial: In the event that your visa application is denied, service fees are not refundable. We will, however, provide support to understand the reasons for the denial and assist in exploring options for reapplication.
• Cancellation by Client: If you decide to cancel our services before the submission of your visa application, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the service fee, subject to the terms of your agreement with us.
• Cancellation by Right Move International: Right Move International reserves the right to cancel services at any time if we determine that we cannot provide effective assistance due to incomplete information or other reasons. In such cases, we will refund any unearned fees.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide to us will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process your visa application or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Right Move International's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid for those services. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or refusals of visa applications by the relevant authorities, nor are we liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Vadodara jurisdiction, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to Terms

Right Move International reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to any future engagements. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
